I bought this for emergency use. I hope I never have to use it but it’s better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.

We had a problem with our receiver and the process was very easy. The Geek Squad was very helpful and made the process simple. We were able to get a new receiver that day.

The geek squad was fast and Efficient on replying to me and getting my record player fixed and assisting me

The agent connected my washer and dryer. Connected all the adapters including the hose to my dryer and made sure that my washer and dryer was working before he left. I was very much please with the promptness, speed and the excellent way that they work.

I decided to write a review for this receiver. After owning it and using it for 2 years I don’t regret this purchase. Great sound and user friendly. I have not had any problems with it.

Honestly, I buy this or the equivalent on pretty much anything I buy at best buy, the peace of mind and no questions asked policy makes it worth it every time.

Bought the Protection Plan even though I doubt I'll ever need it. It was so affordable - to good to pass up for the value. Plus I have the reassurance if there should be a problem/issue that arises from the audio equipment I purchased.
