Connected my five point one speakers with ease beautiful sound for the price

I received notification I have my protection plan right away. Unfortunately I have not received the record player, and it has been over a month since I ordered it.

Geek Squad is added to almost all of our electronics and appliance purchases. The people at Geek Squad are friendly and have helped me many times over the years.

I bought this protection for my new Sony receiver. The receiver has not been giving me any issues but I know geek squad will be there if there are any problems.

Always purchase an extended warranty when purchasing a high dollar electrical item, ie... TV, Stereo Components, High End Speakers and Appliances.

My wife and I are so glad we purchased the Geek Squad Protection. After about 6 months of use, the Marantz Receiver went out and it was immediately replaced.

Haven't used it for this product yet. But have bought it for other products in the past and found BB staff to be helpful and easy to work with when issues arrive.

All good except secondary speaker hook-up - required to contact manufacturer to get second speakers in same room. I use them separately.

If you buy quality products and want them to be protected this is the best thing to buy. You have nothing to worry about while you are in warranty.

A little insurance is always good with quality electronics. Anything goes wrong for the most part its covered. You just never know.

My Sonos One died after one year and it was an even swap for a new one with the warranty

This service is great and when purchase it the install cost become very reasonable. The installers are Bestbuy employees and I found they much better then contract installers.

These are SO great! Many times I stay up at watch my DVR recordings or Netflix and my husband wants to go to bed before I do. I put these on and stay up as long as I want and I don't bother him when he wants to sleep.

I bought banana plugs for my receiver. The Geek squad over place installed the plugs very quickly and they even answered all the questions I had.
