I got Geek Squad warranty on Denon receiver. Only used 1 1/2 years before receiver didn’t work. They Replaced receiver and had to buy a NEW warranty. Didn’t get credit for time I didn’t use, but I got a new unit which I did have to pay more for. But overall I was glad to get new receiver.

Have not had to use this yet. but it is a great price for protection on any equipment. would put on all my electronics...

The protection plan at best buy is the best, fur most things you can just exchange them. Not like other protection plans where you have to send the item in to get fixed
