The thought of having protection on my products makes me feel better. Never had to use it but it's nice to be protected just in case something does happen.

I think the Geek Squad is an exceptional value. We bought it with a Roku Streaming sound bar. We returned the soundbar and therefore returned the Geek squad.

Always great service. Better than McDonalds but you should offer snacks or candies when customers are waiting in line. Maybe a tasty Latte or coffee !
