    It took my local Best Buy/Geek Squad several weeks to determine they would not have the ability to send off my soundbar for repair, so after about 4 weeks, I was given a gift card to purchase a new soundbar.

    I’m so very pleased with my Samsung soundbar. TVs alone don’t have the sound they used to. You almost have to get separate audio equipment. I’m glad I did. Two thumbs way up!

    Always get the protection plan. Especially in big ticket items. Best Buy always takes care of it when something goes wrong
