The Polk sound bar and wireless subwoofer, is so loud and crisp, i am hard of hearing, now i do not need closed captions on any more. Definitely get the warranty, i all ways do when i buy a new big electric.

I had purchased geek squad on my previous 70 dollar open box soundbar. It broke before my plan expired and besides giving me back what I paid for it they credited the dollar amount for an equivalent model of the current year. Not saying this is typical but definitely notable that best buy takes care of it's geek squad purchasers.

I buy the extended warranty in geek squad protection every chance I get. the assistance and help that I get that comes along with the protection is always worth the price even if it doesn't get used the ones I do use cover everything that I purchase it for so far

I've had a few devices that were defective but they took care of every situation i had.

Don't give costly repairs a chance and buy this warranty to protect your product.

I've only had to use the geek squad once,shrimp iPad went down....they couldn't fix it...so they mailed me a replacement

Overall a great buy. I had looked at LG sound bars to match the TV but in terms of bang for the buck, the Vizio surpassed all the others. Leaps and bounds above the built in speakers.

Seems like a waste if you never get to use it but when you need the protection and have it, your grateful and saving lots of dollars.

Buy the satellite speakers and place them 90 degrees behind you and angle them down for a great experience!!

While I have not needed to use these services for the product I just bought, I have had to use the Geek Squad services before. They have always taken care of my needs and I will not have a major purchase without it. Geek Squad protection is one of the main reasons I purchase all of my electronic devices at Best Buy.

I usually don’t buy warranty’s , but Best Buy warranty’s is worth every penny. I brought a L.G. 55” that crap out on me & because I had brought the warranty for a crazy low price , it all worked out well. As they say: it’s better to have then not have.

I got this because the one broken needed repaired or replaced. Without the warranty it was more expensive to repair. When I bought the replacement for it the I got the warranty.

This service is a must for all electronics. They are extremely helpful and friendly!

I always get the Geek Squad Protection when it comes to big purchases. Especially on my Brand new TV’s. I love that I can call if I am having any problems with my screen or technical problems with the built in receiver. It’s so nice knowing I don’t have to worry about this stuff as I have GSP on all my products.
