The agent told me about the protection plan and it was a no brainer for us since you never know how long things will last it was a easy decision

They came out to my home and did 100% I didn’t have any issues .The item the TV on the wall is straight the geek squad is really good I’ve been with them for years moving from place to place

with all my purchases with best buy i get myself some peace and security knowing i have some insurance incase anything goes wrong with my purchases

Purchased the protection just in case we needed support or needed to return sound bar. So far we haven’t had any issues and might never need it.

It takes a while to get a hold of them and you get many clashing dates, plus they did not tell me when the product was returned to the store a month later; BUT it was worth every penny. I got the product back, a subwoofer that blew, and they replaced it with a new product.

even though they changed the way their plans are handled, I would still highly recommend the 4-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement on purchases
