[Employee of bestbuy] Honestly a lot happens in 4 years you don't think of. After about 3 years I started hearing weird noises in my computer brought it in they replaced all the fans. The great thing about the protection plan is they help you even for small things that minor changes will make it just right.

This product provides great value in the event that your item goes defective. It has already saved me on my $1000+ purchase last year!

Nowadays the technology is unpredictable. We spent hundreds of dollars for Geek Squad but we also saved thousands of dollars on replacement costs. No questions asked, they just exchanged my Dell monitor for example. I made a video of my malfunction and they didn’t even ask for. Super easy at the cashier and I got my new monitor. And it is cheap!!! Thanks Best Buy and Geek Squad!! I really appreciate your service.

I would not purchase an expensive item and not have warranty on the item. For the price I think it is worth it.

Had a 32" LG monitor's graphics card fail after 15 months. So glad I got GSP. Electronics can be flaky, and GSP insures you will be covered. In my case, the nice GS gal refunded the price & tax on a gift card, so easy and hassle-free (other than having to search for its replacement and waiting for it to arrive). Just do it!

I had to file a claim after my big screen TV stopped working. They were very helpful and tried to fix it. When they couldn't they gave me the original amount I paid for the TV 3 years ago. This got me another decent TV (not as good as my original one due to inflation but was okay)

I've always had a good experience with Geek Squad replacement. Anytime I make a big purchase, this is a must. I am confident that the Geek Squad has my back in case anything goes wrong with my devices.

Most of the time I don't purchase product replacement guarantees because a great quality product shouldn't need one. These product replacement guarantees are so low in price and offer so much in return that it seems almost silly not to spend the extra $5 or $10 on them. In the past, guarantees cost $20 or $30 dollars and that's way too much for quality product. I'm a satisfied customer with this purchase.

If you are looking for a great clear monitor to work from home, this is the one to purchase. I now have 2 of them connected to my laptop and it's a game changer. Yes, I highly recommend it.
