I have been using this monitor for a year now with my MSI Cyborg 15. It is okay for general gaming but the cord is very delicate on mine and the lightest touch seems to set it 'a flickerin' This is no fun. The color is good.

I really like having a sort of safety net in case anything happens to my product. I have yet to need the help with this product. Though, any time I have worked with Geek Squad they have always been friendly and helpful at the Boardman, OH Store.

I love having peace of mind. Geek Squad replacement policy gives me that and then some. Had no issues with getting a replacement because one stupid button stopped working.

My Samsung monitor has great color space and is a nice size and resolution for my needs. My only concern would be the lack of HDMI ports. There’s only one.

My monitor exploded and I had to get a new one and luckily I had a four year warranty it’s all I had to do was drop it off and they issued me a credit because they didn’t have the one in stock but I’m very happy with the alternate monitor I purchased and I’m very happy I was able to do it because I got this plan

Will definitely buy again for anything new! The warranty covers just about all damage, well worth it to protect expensive equipment

You cannot beat the security blanket feeling of Geek Squad. Not only can you get your issue fixed immediately at a store (and get back to whatever you were doing immediately), but you also don’t have to deal with manufacturers or third party issues. Just straight to Best Buy and they handle it all.

I don’t usually buy these things but it had value for the price and extra confidence!
