Bestbuys protection plan is a must have. It has helped me to get a replacement product after the manufacturer warranty expired a few different times. The peace of mind know your product is protected no matter what is awesome.

Falsely advertised as having speakers. Do not trust the Best Buy specifications. Contacted AOC directly and they confirmed this model doesn’t have speakers. Best Buy support double down saying the item does have speakers wasting your time even more give people misleading advice how to get the non existence speakers to work! Will shop elsewhere.

Always buy a protection plan for your electronics. You simply never know what might happen to them. Especially if the item is in the hundreds of dollars. Well worth it

Wet helpful to have. Usually am selective about what items I get the extending protection on , usually the more expensive stuff and things like monitors. Used the protection a couple times. Nice to have

I have always bought the protection plans with any purchases through Best Buy. Ive had a few products die over the years and so far Best Buy has held up their part of the agreement well.

I bought a 24 inch LG monitor that was on sale. Although I have great confidence in all things made by LG, I did buy the 4 year extended warranty with some of the money saved on the purchase. I am pretty sure that I will not actually need to use the warranty.

I purchased the 4 year geek squad replacement plan to go with my new monitor. I had a string of bad luck with electronics, and monitors can have a tendency to develop dead pixels or backlight bleed over time, so having this plan gives me the peace of mind that I can get a replacement should something ever happen to my monitor.

This is an amazing monitor, the color is vibrant, worth every penny.

I never have any problems when I call or visit in person for help with any of the products I have a protection plan. They are always very helpful and resolves the issue.

Always good to have some ease of kind. It isnt as expensive to have, specially if having an expensive unit to go with. I would recommend as per experience, them units tend to break down just a week after warranty. Good to have a back up on top.

Buying this has given me the piece of mind that if anything goes wrong, the Geek Squad has our back. I did call for some tech support help on the setup of my device. The Geek Squad walked me through every step and made it easy to start using it.

Product replacement are the best to purchase for BB items. We have had a couple issues where we purchased the plan and needed it and BB was wonderful with replacement. Well worth the purchase!
