    Great protection plan. I cracked my monitor screen when I was moving and they replaced it with a brand new monitor with no issues.

    It's never bad to have a back up plan. It came in handy when my Xbox malfunctioned. I'm glad I have it in case something happens to my 49 inch monitor.

    I had a monitor that I bought back in 2017 and it messed up so I went to the store to get a replacement but they did not make these anymore so I received store credit.
