We don't usually get extra protection on our products but this was for our Navy son and knew he would be using this monitor a lot.

This is a warranty worth having for 4years for my Duel screen. It puts my mind at ease to know, if anything goes wrong my warranty covers it!

It's always a good thing to think about if something goes wrong with an Item you buy, You can replace it/get it fixed.

great picture calibration outside the box. colors look natural. i would highly recommend for content creators or productivity. Gaming is also great other than its 60hz only.

I purchased this to cover a monitor. In the store the employee said it covered replacement and accidental damage. Because this was being used by my grandson that’s what I wanted to ensure no issues if anything happened. Well as fate had it, we had an accident and the monitor got dropped. Went to the store and the Geek Squad stated that the plan didn't cover accidental damage and it wasn't covered. After approximately a half hour of some heated discussions with three people including one of the stores managers, they decided to cover it. To further add confusion, I went online and selected the monitor and then checked the plan that comes up for Geek Squad protection and it HAS Accidental Coverage listed. I was told it was a website mistake and it was being reported. Bottom line is checking your purchase and don't rely on the website or in my case even the employee giving you the correct information. My thanks to the Geek Squad Manager at the Waterford Lakes Store for his understanding and taking care of the issue.
