I bought my son a new monitor to go with his new laptop. Spent 260$ on the monitor, so for me it was a good idea to get the extended warranty.

I feel comfortable with the coverage afforded by the Geek Squad protection. I've had to use it before with laptops. Their team is very friendly, and they make the experience easy even for people who aren't tech savvy (me).

How can you NOT buy a 4 year protection plan on a monitor for $10? I bought this monitor because my monitor was fried in Hurricane Irma. So worth the extra few dollars even if we don't have a hurricane, but just a power surge.

I just purchased it for my Acer monitor. We'll see how good they are if/when I need it fixed/replaced. Other reviewers said it wasn't an issue and it seems like dealing with Acer warranty support will force you to pay for shipping to their repair depot (???). So, whatever. Capitalism.

I love this screen! It has made my life so much better. I am using it as a dual monitor and I qas able to hook it up myself. The size is perfect for my home office.

I have not needed to use this replacement service, so I am very satisfied so far. If I do need to use it, I am sure that Best Buy will honor their end of the bargain.

My husband and i decided to buy the product replacement since the monitor we bought is an investment we wanted to make sure that we our product is protected as long as possible.

I am not knowledgeable about technical stuff. I bought a 4-year geek squad product replacement in case anything happens to the new computer monitor I bought.

If you get any tech equipment buy this protection. It makes any problem not a problem.
