Returned a monitor due to a bad pixel approx. two years after purchase & had no issues being made whole. Those who have had issues, I’d say you just had a bad experience/staff member.

We always get geek squad protection when we buy electronics. They have great customer service when something breaks and have always done right by us.

The 4 year warranty covers a lot, and if you get the monitor at 10/15% off it's definitely worth the extra money in case of any issues.

Good extended warranty to protect the investment in a TV. All good - (better clarity of start date recommended; check out clerk indicated warranty starts next year following manufacturer's warranty; Geek Squad email and chat verified, though, it started at time of purchase. I am OK with that - clarity in sales suggested). :)

I havent used the squad much but in past years they were always there to help fix my issue's.

Always good to have some ease of kind. It isnt as expensive to have, specially if having an expensive unit to go with. I would recommend as per experience, them units tend to break down just a week after warranty. Good to have a back up on top.

Product replacement are the best to purchase for BB items. We have had a couple issues where we purchased the plan and needed it and BB was wonderful with replacement. Well worth the purchase!

It's so relaxing knowing that for four years I have my electronic protected and will be able to get a replacement when it becomes damaged.

Purchased this warranty with my 1000.00 monitor purchase. If for no other reason than I could stop replaying this item falling off of the desk as a freak accident in my brain. Without the warranty this fallen monitor with be a boat anchor. Rather be safe than sorry.

Buying this has given me the piece of mind that if anything goes wrong, the Geek Squad has our back. I did call for some tech support help on the setup of my device. The Geek Squad walked me through every step and made it easy to start using it.

I bought it for my son desk computer in case is something happen. I think is safe to buy protection because accidents happen with devices. I choose it because I don’t want to have problems in the future. I hope doesn’t happen but sometimes it’s necessary.

Wet helpful to have. Usually am selective about what items I get the extending protection on , usually the more expensive stuff and things like monitors. Used the protection a couple times. Nice to have
