i would recommend this cause I have had my Moniters fall and break

The agents are very helpful. I have only used it once because I lost my remote for my tv, but was a quick replacement .

good price for 4-year protection. I have used the protection plan for a product I purchased in the past and they make it really simple and easy to replace the item.

Any time you buy electronics , you need to get Geeksquad and will help with whatever issues you encountered

Had to use it recently and they were able to fix the minor issue. Spent about 15 minutes on phone with me.

Had to replace a monitor thru Geek squad and it went flawlessly. Very quick to please and no hassles!

I had to use geek squad 2 times for my monitor when it started to mess up and both times I took it in and I walked out with a brand new monitor.

I have not had to use the Geek Squad on this product but have for other products that I have bought from Best Buy and have been very happy with them.

Get this if you bought something and if it breaks you can always take it back and get that some item you bought back

Nice screen. Really easy to set up and the quality is great. It doesn’t come with speakers but that’s totally fine.

Price really went up on this. Couple years ago I bought the protection plan for $75. Now it’s at $150. Not sure if I really want to buy the protection plan or refer to ppl anymore.

This has to be a Good buy. 4 year replacement warranty, hopefully I don't need it, but we will see

I always buy the protection plan, it is the best if something goes wrong they will fix or replace item

The geek squad mounted my TV quickly. They were friendly and professional. They even did some cable management.

Got this Replacement warranty for 4 years on my PC and is a great way to make sure you do not have to pay for a factory issue!

Geek squad agents never disappoint. They do the most they can and always go above and beyond what I'd expect.

The only thing I don’t like about it is i have to pay for it.

Bought two of these, Best Buy sent one with no hardware to put it together, and the other in a 57 inch monitor box with the hardware free floating in the box. It was saran wrapped in between two other boxes for some reason, and not in either of them, and the corners were sticking out. I have no idea how it is as a monitor. It seems less nice than the ones I've purchased on Amazon.
