This was extended protection for a telescope that I purchased as a gift.

trash service when i bought the screen they force me to buy the warranty telling me it covers anything then when it was time to claim it all suddently it dont cover crack screen

I don’t know anything about my warranty that I bought but I’m sure it’s fine.

The warranty is good have all my products that I buy from Best Buy under it

Honestly all that needs to be said is read the fine print on this. You do not get a replacement if something happens. You do not get accidentally coverage even though that is probably the most needed service. It is what it is but it sucks that the one thing you would think should be in there isn’t. Just make sure you read everything before purchasing.

Never been a fan of them, they’re reasoning for everything is it’s a virus.

Had to send it back! No sound, and not comparable with Bluetooth!

Haven't used it yet so I don't know. Hopefully it will be worth it.

It's not often I can get a 4 year warranty for a minimal cost. In happy.

So much misinformation surrounding this warranty whether it be in-store or online agents I spoke with. In the end I prematurely used the warranty and they wouldn't offer a repair or a replacement so I was stuck with in store credit which is not ideal...

Not used yet, however this is as good a safety net as possible.

I opened the box in march which was 3 months after purchase and cracked screen is what I found inside the box. now this is useless and they won't refund me anything on it since i only had it for 3 months. They should have replaced the monitor but it was outside of the return window which shouldn't matter if the product was just opened 2 days before taking it in.

I bought a computer monitor just over 1 year ago. I also bought a 4 yr protection plan. Well guess what, It does not cover a cracked screen. It covers everything but that. I was bringing it home from my other house because it was not working and some how accidentally the screen got cracked. 1st when I purchased the protection plan they never said that if the screen is cracked it is not covered. I didn't read the really fine print (maybe I should have). Even when I called Geek squad that the monitor was not working and also there was a crack, they never said it was not covered. They told me that all these protection plans you buy for your TV's and computer screens do not cover if the screen get cracked. A $450 monitor after just over 1 year old is trash. Lesson learned.

No, do not recommend you jump on this treadmill. The reason I will not buy appliances at Best Buy any more is exactly because of this. It, in the long run is much more expensive than just shopping around for deals and accepting something more on its merits when you find it, than on matching looks for your house. I wish that I never did this. If you are worried about buying a dud, well, 90% of what is for sale in the general market is made to be so. I do not regret buying a stove from Best Buy and not getting this too cover the bad burners, the broken convection, etc. I regret buying a Samsung appliance knowing they are not long-term reliable to begin with.

It’s frustrating that my TV still isn’t fixed. The remote control they gave me back isn’t even the right one for my TV, so it’s completely useless.
