Great monitor i went from a 27 1440p to this 32 inch i love it for rpg games or some fps game not great for competitive shooters but its works for me i love the image quality and HDR looks nice

I always opt for getting my tech from Best Buy becuase of their great warranty program. I'm so pleased with their customer service and consistency every time!

Getting this along with my monitor is near necessary, especially since I have a small gaggle of pets.

Geek squad has always been great. Have used them for years. Techs arrived on time and were fast and efficient at installing the new big screen. Connected everything to the WiFi network and synched up all the remote controls. Explained everything and cleaned up before leaving. Very satisfied and will use them again.

I have been purchasing the Geek Squad Product replacement plan on more things these days and this time it saved me. I broke the plastic tabs trying to install the stand on my Samsung 28" 4K monitor. I took it in and they gave me a brand-new monitor. But here was the problem. The monitor was only 3 months old, so I had to buy another Geek Squad replacement plan to protect a basically brand new monitor for another 4 years. Oh well, just to keep that in miind when you buy something and add the protection plan.

Ok, I know that insurance is a suckers bet, but, having insurance cover everything from a new transmission for my "legendary" Toyota to the new shingles on my house from those guys that "know a thing or two..."-- insurance just always seems to pay off for me. At the very least-- this agreement gives me peace of mind... although I now find myself scanning my 5K LG from corner to corner looking for that first pixel that blacks out.

Honestly, I usually pass on buying the add protections. However, any questions or issues they were there to support me in my time of need. Knowledge, sharp and courteous. Definitely worth it.

Got the protection plan for my Alienware 34dwf. Recommend buying from Best Buy instead of dell. Best Buy will replace your item with a brand new one, dell with give you a slightly used open box.
