    My Alienware monitor had dark spotting and I took it back and the process way extremely painless. They gave me a new monitor and I bought protection plan again. So worth it

    Never can go wrong with a protection plan on any used or new electronic. Factory defects covered and Best Buy gets you in and out with any return quickly and great customer service!!!

    So far my 50" Samsung monitor works flawlessly, the protection plan wasn't needed. And also I was successful to install my new monitor without dropping it or any other accident.
