    What is the point when you use it once it is used up according to this store. If you have to replace a monitor you have to buy another warranty? No thank you.

    Wouldn’t replace my cracked monitor screen they lied when they said the warranty covers everything including cracked screens

    Not worth the money because Best Buy is not committed to customers. Not happy, should never ever dealt with bestbuy because when it is comes time you have a complaint, it is never resolved with satisfaction.

    Type of protection not on receipt. Can't open details for protection plan. Also, cashier did not explain plan and rang out the purchase before asking. 1 star for no clue what I got.

    Completely worthless. Doesn't cover accidental damage, so what's the point really? If there's a fault with you product 99 percent of the time the manufacturer will cover it, there is no need for this crap.

    Not worth it I bought a 1000 dollar monitor paid 150 dollars for the coverage and it didn’t cover accidental damage which I found out after my four year old son broke it

    They charge me 25 Dollars and on a different monitor they say 12.99 for the exact same amount of time. I bought my monitor which sucks to..............on the 3 Rd and got my product on the Friday

    Best Buy could not replace product that broke. I had to pay more money for an upgraded product which caused my new warranty to be more expensive as well

    I was sold this as a protection plan when in actuality it is not. I had an issue with the monitor and this plan covered nothing.

    Why would you waste your money on this? It just covers out if box damage for 4 years. Like, why would I want to open the box 2-3 years after I bought it. Pointless product.
