Definitely got the protection service on this monitor

I have two young boys and you never know what they are going to break. Better safe than sorry.

Total Rip Off. Scam. Zero Need to purchase this; it will not cover anything that even just looks -like accidental damage -despite the sales clerk saying it would cover it like a small screen crack to sell me this useless insurance. 3 months into using the product - somehow a crack formed in the screen (i absolutely never touched it) but was told very dismissively by the Geek Squad tech they won't even look at it. the very lousy attitudes by geek squad techs at pentagon city is a different concern all together. Worse decision ever to go ahead with the recommended coverage plan.

Even though I haven't used it on the monitor it was purchased for I have used best buys protection plans in the past and the no hassel ease of getting items fixed is great.

Geek squad is the best I've love my products service by them best buy keep up the good work

Happy that i got the insurance extremely cheap for 4years and it covers accidents. You never know.

Everything about it is great brought two more times

It's nice to have peace of mind that if something goes wrong, it will be fixed or replaced.

This warranty gives me reassurance that i will get a new monitor if the one i have fails.

I have this for every costly electronic that I buy. They have never let me down!

So the question is do you need insurance? Well if you have teenagers you can never be over insured. For a modest fee, you can rest easy.

I highly recommend Geek Squad for anyone who wants to use them.

The agent listen to our problem took the headphone and gave is a gift card as easy as that.

If you break a monitor, this warranty gives you the money you paid for it right back.

I hate that they have you review something you may not have to use. Only should review this if you use it. Glad that I have it in case though.
