Because this monitor is being used in a college dorm we decided this would be necessary. My son is careful but who knows about the rest of the dorm.

I bought a open box monitor from them and added the warranty just in case it ever decides to go out they’ll replace it with the new one for free

They have help me with several things, like laptops, virus protection in the store and on the phone.

this was a hefty price tag - but after using, its never going back. coming from a DELL 3415w - i am using that as a second monitor and this as primary. the difference is quite amazing: super clear, larger, motion is perfect in FPS games, picture is superb - i would say this is worth what i paid. very happy and would recommend.

I really like geek squad. When I need something replaced or repaired, there is no hassle. That's why I purchase my appliances and electrics from Best Buy.

Worth every penny, usually i could care less for warrantys and protection plant ect but honestly this service is worth it.

Geek Squad Product Replacement is just simply a NO BRAINER for any Best Buy product that will have regular use or has a “price point” that you want to yourself from having to spend again during the time it’s protected! Biggest thing you have to do...is not do anything malicious to the product...and it’s protected!
