The agents at the geek squad are on the best service I gotten honestly.

Excellent monitor, have had no issues with it. I have regularly on it. Colors are superb, and there are not any after images as well.

It's always a good idea to buy this when spending that kind of money on something.

Purchased two of these monitors on Sep 20 2024 for occasional use in my motorhome. The purchase was based upon existing reviews / total cost vs amount of expected use. On Oct 17 2024 turned the monitor on for the 1st time. The upper right corner looks like an old CRT monitor that has been cracked. Defective straight out of the box. Best Buy return policy is from Sep 20 to Oct 5. i.e. 2 weeks.

I needed to replace my monitor. The cat got behind my old monitor and tipped it over on my desk. Where the monitor screen made contact with items on the desk there were multi-color lines on the screen. The geek squad replacement protection would replace the new monitor if it were to happen again.

I never have any problems when I call or visit in person for help with any of the products I have a protection plan. They are always very helpful and resolves the issue.

Haven’t had to use it yet(luckily) but it is great peace of mind knowing if it should fail, Geek Squad will be there to fix the issue!

I would always recommend BestBuy just because of the geek squad warranty its way better then manufactures or amazon warranty. You don't have to ship your item back and forth less hassle. Your product gets replaced with a new one or something in equal price!!

This is a good thing to have, since most tech hardware dont really last that long, but with just a few more dollars you can get your money's worth back in case something happens to the product you bought

It's a godsend. I purchased a $1,000 monitor and it gave out about a year later. I spoke with a Geek Squad rep on the phone and she was incredibly polite. She didn't give me any hassle and was a pleasure to speak to.

No issues with replacements when needed. This is the way a warranty should work. I had the misfortune of having 2 things break but luckily I had the geek squad protection, bring broken item to store, have them repair or replace, easy peasy.
