I always purchase the protection because it is a no brainer when purchasing such high end products that may fail

Always buy this plan. it is like a security blanket. if anything goes wrong. you have NOTHING to worry about.

Not sure if it’ll be needed but hopefully when it comes to moving time if needed I can use it from a different Best Buy

I had one of these for a monitor that broke and they gave me most of my money back after I took it in. It had a bad HDMI port.

Bought it for my boyfriend a year ago he loves it and it work fine to this day! Only problem is one of the buttons broke within the first couple months but he has a 4 year warranty so it not a huge issue.

This was for my computer monitor. Hopefully nothing occurs to make me have to use this but it’s good to know I have

I purchased this to cover a monitor. In the store the employee said it covered replacement and accidental damage. Because this was being used by my grandson that’s what I wanted to ensure no issues if anything happened. Well as fate had it, we had an accident and the monitor got dropped. Went to the store and the Geek Squad stated that the plan didn't cover accidental damage and it wasn't covered. After approximately a half hour of some heated discussions with three people including one of the stores managers, they decided to cover it. To further add confusion, I went online and selected the monitor and then checked the plan that comes up for Geek Squad protection and it HAS Accidental Coverage listed. I was told it was a website mistake and it was being reported. Bottom line is checking your purchase and don't rely on the website or in my case even the employee giving you the correct information. My thanks to the Geek Squad Manager at the Waterford Lakes Store for his understanding and taking care of the issue.

BEING LEGALLY BLIND AND UNABLE TO DRIVE, I LOVE THAT I GET HOME SVC. COULDN'T BE HAPPIER.

Bought two of these, Best Buy sent one with no hardware to put it together, and the other in a 57 inch monitor box with the hardware free floating in the box. It was saran wrapped in between two other boxes for some reason, and not in either of them, and the corners were sticking out. I have no idea how it is as a monitor. It seems less nice than the ones I've purchased on Amazon.

I bought this just in case of accidental damage so my product can be replaced. Highly recommend to get protected!

its a warranty, what else can i say? i guess i hope i dont need to use it lol.

Good plan to have, does what it says and helpful when you need it.

Have not had to use it yet and hope I will not have to. It is nice to have if the monitor does break down tho.
