The protection plan is the best very easy process very quick resolution

Great service and communication through the entire process. Only drawback is that you have to go to a store. My closest store is 40 minutes away

The replacement plan for this expensive of a device is well worth it. I used mine 2 years after I bought it, the cat attacked my monitor. My $500 monitor. Went through da Squad as the youngsters like to say. They fixed me up rite quick fam, no cap. Ya Feel me? Da squad will always have your back if you pay your dues son.

Don't you dare skip product replacement. It's different from standard protection. At any point you feel your product isn't right for you just bring it back no questions asked and get a store credit equal to its sale value for whatever you want.

Got it for my OLED monitor for the burn in coverage and rather than depending on the manufacturer that could take ages to be fulfilled it was just an easy exchange from a faulty one to a new one.

If there is one thing that is dependable, at some point in your computer's life, it's going to need help you won't be able to provide. I can build my own computer from scratch, but when push comes to shove, I want to know that I am covered. There is nothing more frustrating that running into an issue that isn't your fault but you have to pay for nonetheless because something went wrong. I have had to use the product replacement warranty before and it is worth every penny! I will ALWAYS purchase it when buying a computer from Best Buy!

I bought the 4-year Geek Squad Product Replacement for the new Samsung monitor that I purchased, thought as with other Samsung equipment I have, it never seems to break--so I probably won't need this service, but it's nice to know I have it--just in case.

I never imagined how helpful it would t urn out to be for me as a Geek Squad member. I only wish I had done several years ago. The help I get from them is 110% all the time. The staff that has come to my home have been just top drawer all the time. They solve my problems and becasue I know so little about computers their help has been priceless for me. I strongly recommend it for those who aa stupid as I about computers. If you need computer help the Geek Squad is the best that I know of.

Easy , simple, fast , told them my monitor broke , they couldn't replace it so they gave me a full refund, took a bit of time to get to that tho because they had to contact the manufacturer . But after that. Bam , best buy card

This will help me alot because the previous monitor was broken so we had to replace the whole thing but now we can just get it repaired.

I returned a gaming monitor after it stopped working. They were quick to look up my protection plan and employees helped me pick a replacement. Very comfortable process. I can’t say that replacement plans are always necessary or worth the price but it beats going back to the manufacturer and in this case it was worth it in terms of both price and convenience. Thanks Best Buy. You did well this time.

Really like this monitor. Big upgrade from one I was using.

So far loving the monitor, but the only done side seems to be it’s lacking a little bit of vibrant color compared to my previous one. Been working through the settings and nothing is really changing. Got it on a deal so it was worth it to me.
