Had a headset that the microphone stopped working on, geek squad let me choose a new one because I was still under warranty! So I upgraded to the next best version

You have to purchase plan if you bill above 100$. Geek Squad will take care for any malfunction. I would suggest this when you purchase monitors, desktops and XBOX, PS4. Thanks geek squad :)

Worth paying for protection, super easy to use and no hassle when you call them with an issue.

This I have not needed to use at this time, but it is a good safety net. I've been happy know I have some kind of decent replacement warranty if, it was needed.
