I have an 27" Apple Thunderbolt Monitor and wanted a 4K monitor, hopefully from Apple. When Apple announced that there will not be a new Thunderbolt Monitor, I began to research Dell, Samsung, LG and other venders--finally selecting the LG 27" Monitor (27UD68). Setup was a breeze,and compared to the Apple Monitor (the gold standard), this HDMI monitor is on par. I very nearly did not buy it because so many reviewers found the stand to be unstable. NOT TRUE. I was careful to securely tighten the three screws connecting the stand to the monitor and have no complaints.

Haven't had to use it yet, luckily. But I know when I do, it'll be there.

Monitor worked great ,My girlfriend and I are both music producers/engineers and use the monitor when working on music we love that we’re able to switch through the laptop and monitor screens

Wow! My screen lost power and would not work several month's after I purchased it. I brought my monitor back and Geek Squad took care of it in the most professional way that I could imagine. Highly recommend Geek Squad!

Beautiful screen, plenty of smart apps, great for coding. The big drawback is the input “sensing” Can be downright terrible or slow at best. Sometimes it works right away, other times if you wake up your laptop it could take 15-30 seconds to connect. Samsung could do much better. The slightly older model number was unusable, but this model at least works.

I had to file a claim after my big screen TV stopped working. They were very helpful and tried to fix it. When they couldn't they gave me the original amount I paid for the TV 3 years ago. This got me another decent TV (not as good as my original one due to inflation but was okay)

Nothing yet but I have a peace of mind especially with getting an OLED monitor that’s prone to burn in. I know with this I won’t have to worry about burn in at all for 4 years. Great price!

Geek squad is always great. I always buy their warranties because they stand behind them

Excellent product and services. My son absolutely loves this monitor. Great for gaming.

Must have protection place. The product replacement plan makes it easy to get taken care of if there are any issues that come up with your product. Geek squad does a great job taking care of you and typically you are able to walk out with a new product as long as they have it in stock.

I had a very poor experience with Asurion, the extended warranty thru Office Depot after purchasing a new laptop a few years ago. I no longer want to deal with a "faceless" entity for warranty issues/problems. I want a PLACE to go and a HUMAN to speak with. After researching my options (which there are not many), I decided to purchase my new laptop with Best Buy and purchase the additional Geek Squad warranty. I hope all goes well with this, and I believe it will b/c I will have a person and place to hold accountable, instead of a 1-800 number and a website.

Never had any use for this, but would recommend it for someone who uses products in harsh environments.

Product was failing. Got a replacement quick and easy. Its already packing up to be dhipped to my house. Agent was great and very helpful.

I love that for only about an extra $30, I’m able to get my item fixed or replaced. An extra warranty on top of the factory-issued one. I hope I would not need to use it, but I’m glad I have the backup just in case.

Always recommend getting the Geek Squad protection plan so you always know your gear is protected!
