Easy , simple, fast , told them my monitor broke , they couldn't replace it so they gave me a full refund, took a bit of time to get to that tho because they had to contact the manufacturer . But after that. Bam , best buy card

Are you freaking kidding me ?? I love Geek squad - best 200 bucks a year...fixed my computers, our printers and the service is top-notch. I just wish they had more workers--there is always a line and their scheduling of 20 min just never seems to be enough. :) I repeat buy this every year and I tell all my friends ... 9 times out of 10 they can fix my stuff online! I start about 10pm ... and let the off shore people work all night ... in the morning...hot running computer! Perfect!

Haven't use the squad service but is better to have it and no used that needed and not have it.

I bought the 4-year Geek Squad Product Replacement for the new Samsung monitor that I purchased, thought as with other Samsung equipment I have, it never seems to break--so I probably won't need this service, but it's nice to know I have it--just in case.

My device broke and GeekSquad was quick to help me get a replacement with my plan in place!

I am unfamiliar with Geek Squad, and never experienced an issue with any of my purchases that fall outside of warranty. I suppose if you buy a very high-prices item, an extended repair contract may be worth it.

The replacement plan for this expensive of a device is well worth it. I used mine 2 years after I bought it, the cat attacked my monitor. My $500 monitor. Went through da Squad as the youngsters like to say. They fixed me up rite quick fam, no cap. Ya Feel me? Da squad will always have your back if you pay your dues son.

What can I say here. This place is great if they replace it with a brand new one. But not if they’re fixing it they do not have the skills knowledge Or training To fix anything. Geek squad likes the training and knowledge on how to work electronics. Would not recommend anyone taking anything to be repaired to them. But this is great warranty If your item breaks and then replace it with a brand new one

Great customer service all around. Made my exchange simple and not stressful at all. If you can get the warranty plan do it it is a must.

One of the best protection plans around. Had my tablet display have a bad line of pixels that developed, brought my tablet in and we got a fix going. No cost and only 1 week later my tablet was fixed and working again.

It's a great service from best buy, I had talked to them about the kind of work they do.

I have not had an opportunity to use geek squad yet; however purchased if there is an issue in the future.

If there is one thing that is dependable, at some point in your computer's life, it's going to need help you won't be able to provide. I can build my own computer from scratch, but when push comes to shove, I want to know that I am covered. There is nothing more frustrating that running into an issue that isn't your fault but you have to pay for nonetheless because something went wrong. I have had to use the product replacement warranty before and it is worth every penny! I will ALWAYS purchase it when buying a computer from Best Buy!

I returned a gaming monitor after it stopped working. They were quick to look up my protection plan and employees helped me pick a replacement. Very comfortable process. I can’t say that replacement plans are always necessary or worth the price but it beats going back to the manufacturer and in this case it was worth it in terms of both price and convenience. Thanks Best Buy. You did well this time.
