I haven't needed to use it for this purchase yet but have always had great service with the Geek Squad protection plans in the past. It's worth every penny you pay for the service you get in return! I definitely recommend getting the protection for your electronics... life happens.

Hopefully don't have to use it, better to have and not need then to need and not have

good, but does NOT cover physical damage for monitors and TV.

On a nearly $500 Asus monitor, spending $79 for an extended 4 year warranty seems like a logical choice. The manufacturer warranty is three years, but the Bestbuy warranty is probably more comprehensive. The monitor is UHD 4K with a built-in usb hub, so it's a fairly complex piece of equipment.

Cant go wrong with an extended warranty on pricey items. Spend the extra amount and get this because even with the manufacturers warranty you can get a run-around from the manufacturer so its just a safe cushion to have the GS coverage.

This gaming monitor has performed beautifully for the first year. I enjoy the quality and image clarity. Today, it has developed a small section of black pixels. This is going to be taken care of with my extended warranty. I would purchase this same monitor again.

I hate running out of my house when I'm working on a project in something goes wrong with my computer system and therefore having Geek Squad work remotely not only is convenient it saves me time and I get my service right away without having to wait for an appointment

I was saved because i bought this. $500 monitor died, made an appointment,took it to geek squad near me, 5mins later they gave me a full refund on in store credit

Geek squad warranty saved me the time and hassle dealing with my faulty monitor and gave me a reimbursement so i could get a new one.

Really useful for when your product ends up going out. They don’t make them like they used to.

I will never again buy expensive electronics without the geek squad protection. I used my laptop until it stopped working properly, and they pretty much just gave me all my money back.

Buy the warranty!!! It’s cheap and 4 years worry free!!! If they can’t fix it, they replace it for equipment of the same value!!! This is the ONLY store I buy extended warranties!! Why!? Because they actually do exactly as they said they would if something happens!!! No fine print Loop holes! GET THE WARRANTY!!!

I took out the extended warranty for a inexpensive HP monitor since I got the monitor for so cheap. Little did I know that the HP 20.7" monitor would work perfect and keep working for an extended time. My monitor is on all day, everyday since I'm retired. Good luck with trying to find a better warranty.
