I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Geek Squad at both the Altamonte Springs and Sanford stores. I called because my Samsung monitor is having issues — it’s not displaying pixels correctly, G-Sync does not connect properly. I clearly explained that I had purchased the Geek Squad Product Replacement plan, and expected a replacement option as promised. Instead, I was met with bad attitudes and was told they would only replace my monitor with the exact same model, and that I could not choose another monitor even if I paid the difference. When I asked for store credit, as outlined in the terms of the replacement plan, they told me it would need “approval” from them. This is not what the plan describes, and it feels like they were intentionally making the process difficult instead of honoring the replacement policy. I paid for a replacement plan — not a repair plan — and I expect Geek Squad to follow through on the terms of that agreement. The lack of professionalism and willingness to help was very disappointing.

For the price and performance, LG always seems to be perfect. I have owned both samsung and LG monitors, and both perform well. LG just always seems to have the best price to performance.

Great tv but PlayStation doesn’t support QHD It’s not HPs fault that’s on PlayStation since they wont activate qhd on playstaion but the monitor is amazing.

4 years of protection for not a very high price, and it includes OLED burn in warranty. Pretty nice, I think.

I recently had to replace my controller that came with my PS4 since it was starting to show it’s age. With Geek Squad Protection it was easy to get a replacement and it didn’t take long either. I get insurance on everything because peace of mind is important to me and Geek Squad Protection is absolutely worth it!

Thanks to the protection plan. I would have a hard time dealing with the issue of my ~$1500 monitor if I hadn't had the Geek Squad service. This gives me confidence to get more Best Buy products because so far the protection plan works well to protect the products.

Geek Squad is a value for your products you buy. Technology now cost you a penny plus. With this Computer Gaming Model this plan can save you Lots of money. Have used the warranty a couple of times vs having to pay FULL price for a new one.

4 yers of warranty for the price are perfect. Can’t review how’s it working since I didn’t needed to contact them as of today.

Used this for a TV that ended up failing just before the warranty expired. No replacement was available so they payed me out and let me keep the TV. However, the payout was pro rated and not a payout on what I had initially spent. This still seems odd to me. I believe the TV was 2200 new and they payed something like 1200 4 years later.

Warranties are great here. I know if I have any problems it gets handled quickly. I've used it on other items. Very pleased with the process. They also keep track of your warranties on their system. If you forget that you have a plan, they will be able to verify.

Geek squad protection plan is a must. I wouldn't purchase anything without it if it is offered. More often than not, it will end up getting used. 100% recommend.

I purchased this Geek Squad Replacement when I purchased my son's monitor. I have bought products in the past that turned out to be "lemons." This takes care of mama's "Peace of Mind!"

Best one is the 4 year deal that almost feels like forever I usually give electronics about 2 years before things start to get weird so a 4 year plan is the best and the one I always try to get.

Always worth the purchase. I have had 2 controllers with stick drift and 2 desktops have issues soon after purchasing. Had them replaced free of charged. Never buy a product without it.

I buy the extended warranty in geek squad protection every chance I get. the assistance and help that I get that comes along with the protection is always worth the price even if it doesn't get used the ones I do use cover everything that I purchase it for so far
