I feel comfortable with the coverage afforded by the Geek Squad protection. I've had to use it before with laptops. Their team is very friendly, and they make the experience easy even for people who aren't tech savvy (me).

The Geek Squad warranty is worth every penny when you need it whether it’s accidental or duality hardware they have you covered for fixing or replacing up to the cast of the item you got.

I have not needed to use this replacement service, so I am very satisfied so far. If I do need to use it, I am sure that Best Buy will honor their end of the bargain.

I am fortunate enough to not have to use this warranty. While I don't like to pay for these type of things, sometimes you need to with the cheap crap they make now days.

I am not knowledgeable about technical stuff. I bought a 4-year geek squad product replacement in case anything happens to the new computer monitor I bought.

I bought my son a new monitor to go with his new laptop. Spent 260$ on the monitor, so for me it was a good idea to get the extended warranty.

I put gal squad services and guarantee on everything. I read somewhere, if a product is gonna fail its gonna happen 1 to 3 years after owning it. Most guarantees run out in a year.

Great service the product has not broken at all but glad I have the warranty if it does.
