Geek Squad is always spot on weather it’s my appliances or tech. I am total Tech and suggest everyone should sign up.

I opened up the box which appeared to be brand new, but there were old components with masking tape and handwriting on them. I was unable to assemble it and missed the return window - clearly my fault but that just sucks. Now I'm stuck with this crappy monitor. Not very happy. I'll try to work with the geek squad to get it assembled and hopefully I can make it work. I'm not holding my breath

You can never go wrong with the extra security and Best Buy just makes it so easy to exchange products that go out on you

I would rather have the coverage and NOT need to use it as opposed to needing the coverage and NOT have it available. I also recently purchased Geek squad coverage for our camera security system.

Always worth the money, they never give you any issue when you have a product that needs to be replaced or fixed.

Haven't had to use it yet, but for the low price I think it's worth having just in case.
