I appreciate geek squad service, haven’t used it recently but I used to use there old insurance for phones.

The Geek squad helped answer all of important questions gave great advice on everything we needed

The plan works. I was able to get new products when they go bad.

Bought Geek Squad warranty since ghos is a gift. Hope they don't need to use it.

I have not had to use the service but I am comfortable knowing that it will be there if I need it.

I always shopped at Best Buy because they have the greek squad protection. The protection is very awesome. They are so quick to response and to help.

After finding out later that coverage varies on the item, I'm a little annoyed by the process. In the past, I was able to get items repaired or credit for the value of the current price. Now the protocol is if they can't repair it, then literally send out for a used one ( that they keep correcting me and calling it "refurbished"... Which is is literally used). If I wanted a used item,I would've just bought it. Then they tell me it's been certified and guaranteed... Cool... But now I have to wait 2 weeks for it to come in so I'm without my product, when you could just give me the current value and I can upgrade, buy a new one and pay the difference... Like you used to do. DON'T GET ME WRONG, they are still great to have, but I kinda don't like the whole refurbished part, unless you opt for it. OR EVEN BETTER SUGGESTION, BEST BUY SHOULD ORDER THE REFURBISHED ITEM, REMOVE THE PART I NEED AND PUT IT IN MY ITEM, SEND THE BROKEN PART, WITH THE REFURBISHED ITEM, BACK TO WHERE EVER THEY GOT IT AND SAY "REPAIRED" AND PROBLEM SOLVED. I like my plan better.

Really happy I got this as my screen had a problem where the monitor started to malfunction. Just brought it in and I got a new one right away.

The geek squad was worth it on this purchase. They cleaned up before they left

Monitor is 60hz, it is okay but for the price i could get a 120hz monitor and it would be better than this. Its overall not a bad monitor for low end consumers though.

This has always saved my bacon when a problem does roll up
