The last thing you want is for your equipment to breakdown and have to replace it in a pinch. Like anything mechanical things tend to occasionally breakdown. I always get the plan for everything and yes I have had to use it on a few items. So far, Best Buy has the service and they are fast so I always go to them for electronics.

Always love the Best Buy service…hoping to never need it but if I do I know Best Buy will pull through and either fix it or replace it at a reasonable price.

Best way to insure your purchase and have a piece of mind knowing you will not have to come up with a large amount of funds to replace your purchases!

I always worry about making expensive purchases. But I feel that the geek squad services are very well done. If anything happens all you have to do contact them and then go from there. I usually get the 4 year plan as anything can happen and I feel that if you are worried that something might then get the warranty

Having peace of mind on a high-cost premium monitor is worth it

Purchased two 28-inch Samsung monitors for my 2018 MacBook Pro 15". I use my Apple practically 4 to 6 times per week and the monitors from BestBuy are wonderful. The Geek Squad assurance is legendary, and I'm glad I purchased it.

I added this for a laptop and extra monitor and it makes me feel more at ease should anything ever go wrong with my devices. I have not had to use it, but it definitely takes the stress off me if I do need help in the next 4 years.

I'm not one for extended warranties, but this four year geek replacement is good insurance. When it comes to electronics it's better to have some peace of mind past the factory warrenty. Great price to pay to add to your investment.

This protection has saved me so many times. I always get 2k monitors and sometimes they have pixel issues. This protection has given me the opportunity to replace the broken with a new one multiple times. I would recommend this to anyone.

I PURCHASED COMPUTER & MONITOR IN JAN 2017 WITH SERVICE CONTRACT FOR WHAT I THOUGHT COVERED BOTH PIECES. ON 6-1-2018 I HAD TO PURCHASE ANOTHER MONITOR AS I WAS TOLD THE SERVICE CONTRACT DID NOT COVER THE MONITOR. I ALSO RENEWED THE SERVICE IN JAN 2018 FOR ANOTHER YR, AGAIN THINKING MY CONTRACT COVERED BOTH PIECES. AS YOU CAN GUESS, I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS ! MY REVIEW IS RELEVANT TO THE CUST SIDE OF THE TRANSACTION, NOT THE PRODUCT.

Why would you buy an expensive electronics without this type of protection? It basically pays for itself. Just not long ago, on another item that after learning my lesson's with screens, I bought another ipad with warranty. Than apple just simply and without any additional question replaced the item within 20 minutes appoitment.

Best decision. Having college students, you need this insurance with every electronic device. It has come in handy more than once. I will continue to buy it with every purchase.
