It’s great but after using the monitor we’ll get black screen

I returned this monitor because the screen resolution was not as clear as I wanted it. I did however, like the price and everything else. Sorry it didn't work.

- The unit I received couldn't connect to WiFi, regardless of whether directly or through the app. - The picture quality as a monitor is quite low. - I intended to use this as a monitor for VS Code the text legibility was poor regardless of settings - The screen itself is not anti-reflective. It basically is not usable in a room with any natural light.

This rating for best buy and NOT the monitor. I purchased this and noticed a dead pixel after a few days. Go to exchange it and they tell me I have to give them my old one and then order a new one and wait a week or so. I need this for work and paid full price and got a faulty product in return. All I want to do is have one ordered and sent to the store and I will bring this one in and exchange it. Simple right? Not for Best Buy. It’s crazy it is this difficult to swap this out for the same exact thing.

Great monitor very accessible for me added appeal to desktop

I was told that I could use the LG 4-split screen software and found out that I cannot. I will return this for that reason alone.

Screen is good but the major drawback is that it has no height adjustment which makes it uncomfortable to use.

Just picked up the item my self and brought it to pick up line since I understand it’s a busy season. Amarilis was very rude addressing me as a guy on her ear piece. She gave me an attitude because I happened to do them a favor and bring the item up front. I was showing her the order on my phone and refused to see it. Asked for my name with a really nasty attitude and then referred of me as “this guy” over the radio. Amarilis should be in the warehouse and not in front of customers. Tried to give my complaint to a store management but they were busy, which again I understand Poor customer service. I hope you address this matter.

Nice screen till the screen pixel tears when gaming.. not sure if thats proper term

Lots of Glitches on the HDMI Port,My Security DVR is connected to this port, freezes up loses picture,tried different cable to no avail. Tried another Monitor for DVR no problems. I noticed on some other reviews same problem.

For devices that do not deal with software and can only be replaced when broken - this warranty is a good option. For a monitor for instance, it is good. However would not trust GeekSquad with my laptop's troubleshooting.

the first month was great after that the monitor had turned its panel off. but the power remained, So black screen but the computer was still on and my second monitor was still working. No fixes as of now the monitor is bad.

The specs list this screen has having a 5 millisecond response time, however I immediately noticed streaking the moment I loaded up a game. I would guess the response time is much closer to 50 milliseconds (I use this computer for game development and was able to calculate it be be about 3 frames). I'll definitely be returning to the store tomorrow afternoon to exchange it for something else.

Best Buy employee recommended after explaining my needs. Definitely won't take their recommendations again. I have light sensitivity and even with high eye care mode on the screen is to bright. Returning today.

Zero stars. Who, in 2021, makes a monitor that CAN'T be vesa mounted? Why NOT include some screw holes? I don't get it. Absolute fail. I didn't even finish unpacking it, utterly useless piece of plastic if it can't be mounted. I'd get it if mounting was an after-thought; like if a mounting bracket was included and had to be screwed on, but to NOT be able to mount it? Why even bother?
