    I bought the monitor with thr geek protection because the representative stated all damages were included. I even asked if it protected cracked screen and the rep said yes. I went ahead and purchased the protection. Well guess what, the screen to the monitor cracked so my son drove 40 minutes to an available best buy ans the employye there stated that the damage screen is not under the protection plan. I feel like Best Buy be scamming people. Its not worth geeting the Geek aquad protection when its not going to cover anything. What a joke!

    It is a 4 year product replacement if it breaks or starts functioning incorrectly, which is great. Manufacturer is usually only 1 or 2 years.
