Honestly, I usually pass on buying the add protections. However, any questions or issues they were there to support me in my time of need. Knowledge, sharp and courteous. Definitely worth it.

Got the protection plan for my Alienware 34dwf. Recommend buying from Best Buy instead of dell. Best Buy will replace your item with a brand new one, dell with give you a slightly used open box.

Beautiful screen, plenty of smart apps, great for coding. The big drawback is the input “sensing” Can be downright terrible or slow at best. Sometimes it works right away, other times if you wake up your laptop it could take 15-30 seconds to connect. Samsung could do much better. The slightly older model number was unusable, but this model at least works.

Monitor worked great ,My girlfriend and I are both music producers/engineers and use the monitor when working on music we love that we’re able to switch through the laptop and monitor screens

I had no problem fixing my item. The customer service was great. They had knowledge of what they were doing.

Had a 32" LG monitor's graphics card fail after 15 months. So glad I got GSP. Electronics can be flaky, and GSP insures you will be covered. In my case, the nice GS gal refunded the price & tax on a gift card, so easy and hassle-free (other than having to search for its replacement and waiting for it to arrive). Just do it!

Geek Squad 4-year product replacement is a must have for any expensive electronics that gets used a lot. I always purchase this service when I buy items like camera's, monitors, cell phones or any expensive electronics. The few times I actually had to use this service, Best Buy has always replaced the item quickly without hassle. I suggest everyone who purchases expensive electronics also purchase their extended warranty.

I havent had to ise this yet but i feel a sence of security knowing that its available. Ive heard good things.

Nothing yet but I have a peace of mind especially with getting an OLED monitor that’s prone to burn in. I know with this I won’t have to worry about burn in at all for 4 years. Great price!

Nowadays the technology is unpredictable. We spent hundreds of dollars for Geek Squad but we also saved thousands of dollars on replacement costs. No questions asked, they just exchanged my Dell monitor for example. I made a video of my malfunction and they didn’t even ask for. Super easy at the cashier and I got my new monitor. And it is cheap!!! Thanks Best Buy and Geek Squad!! I really appreciate your service.
