Price of this plan was certainly less expensive than a new $300 monitor. Found Geek Squad 4 year protection plan worth the investment.

Purchased this for a monitor. I have not had to use it, but had one on a microwave that they replaced with a new one.

I opened up the box which appeared to be brand new, but there were old components with masking tape and handwriting on them. I was unable to assemble it and missed the return window - clearly my fault but that just sucks. Now I'm stuck with this crappy monitor. Not very happy. I'll try to work with the geek squad to get it assembled and hopefully I can make it work. I'm not holding my breath
