Super excited to finally have Geek Squad for my newest purchases. They never disappoint!!!

I always buy their Geek Squad warranty. With today's electronics and software, where interfacing and backward compatibility may no longer exist, you need their professional backup. Period!

I won't really know how this works unless I need to use it for having the Onkyo receiver repaired. I have always been satisfied with Geek Squad maintenance coverage for my PC's, etc. tho. I decided to get this coverage because of the awesome price for 4 yrs. Plus, it seems receivers are now prone to more problems with their "product overload features" that they have now! Whatever happened to good ole "plug and play"???!!!

Lightning took out my 2 week old receiver. Without this I would have had to spend $600 again. I didn't purchase for lightning but for the unit as they begin to have problems usually in the 3rd year. I mean lightning, what are the odds of that one?

This Denon receiver has magnificent sound. It is used in a room with high ceilings and comes thru a Sonos speaker. The sound is excellent.

Highly recommend when purchasing an [c from Best Buy. I can call them 24/7 for assistance with my pc software or printer issues. The techs are knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.

Banging sound. I use this with my windows 8 pc and my games and I love it! 100 gecs sounds great on it!

I have used both the call in service and the store Geek area. Every time they have fixed the issue within a few days, in store, or within hours for the call in service. The cost for the service is fair.

Love it. Seems like it has a brain in it. I am very happy I purchased this receiver.
