Geek Squad wouldn't price match for a replacement

Really easy to return items under warranty.
However if the price goes up on the item, you need to pay the difference on the new replacement. The difference in the price of the Sony headphones was $40.00. They were the exact same pair of headphones.

I regularly purchase the Geek Squad Protection plans with my purchases, and have needed to use their services on several occasions. One of my products became non-functional after several months, and upon returning the product to my local BestBuy store Geek Squad, they immediately gave me a new replacement product. Without this service, I would have had to pack and mail the old product to a repair shop, etc., all at my own cost, and loss of use of the product. Great service!

Honestly, very happy. I learned my lesson a couple of years ago when I purchased a tv. It started having issues a few months after purchase. Geek squad found that it couldn't be repaired and without question replaced it. I found this on headphones to be great when they stopped working in one ear. Simply replaced them. I won't do without Geek Squad protection.

This should be an mid entry level AVR, but it exceeds that level in my opinion. The use of the multicast app helps the system with it's ease of use. It delivers a powerful sound with a punch and includes the latest technology such as ATMOS, to make your moving watching experience a delightful one.

Geek Squad protection has worked well for me. I've had the Total Tech Support for my computers for far too many years to remember now. I also have Geek Squad protection on my two 65 inch Sony & Samsung TVs. The 5-year protection offers a comforting level of security. Occasionally, I buy their protection on other items: the latest my Sonos One SL speakers.

A bit pricey, but covers your high value music product. Have used Geek squad service before for a seamless replacement, so thought on jumping on this for my Sonos product as well. A bit pricey, but considering it is for 4 years, seems worth it.
Will come back and update this in case I face any service issues in future.

Why hassle when the Geek Squad can handle the issues to save all of us the time & the frustration of sitting on hold & explaining the problems & then having to ship the item we purchased back. I much prefer having Best Buy’s Geek Squad dealing with all the necessary steps having the peace of mind knowing everything will be done right & in a timely manner. That’s what they promise. That’s why I purchased the extra protections.

I’ve always been pleased with Geek Squad. I don’t love that you can’t order a repair or install through a local store, because sometimes you want to request the person who last serviced your system. But in all, I find the service a good value and efficient.

I love the service. I had a system that went bad and the service was great, I didnt have any problems having this product replaced. The customer service was awesome. I was in and out in 10 minutes great service and I am happy that I purchased this service. Finally, keep up the great work you are doing. Awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!.

To preface, I've owned Onkyo, Yamaha, and Sony A/V receivers in the past. My most recent A/V receiver before this one was also an Onkyo, which I loved. This upgraded version is just a pure improvement over the last. The sound is clean and crisp, with more than enough punch when really cranked up. But even at lower volumes, no details are left out. Only not 5 stars because the built in Wifi receiver seems pretty poor range wise, its in an open air enclosure, and struggles to maintain wireless signal in a room that no other device struggles with at all.

The geek squad protection is amazing I couldn’t ask for a better warranty program. I was having an issue with a tv and the manufacturer was giving me the runaround the geek squad said not to worry and fixed it quickly

Havent had to use it yet but having it makes me more comfortable knowing i have it just in case, its best to cover your expensive items or any purchase at best buy.
