We purchased the Geek Squad warranty which has definitely paid off. Geeks were courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and careful when fixing our issue and remounting our very large TV.

If not take it in and they'll make it right. The price on their extended warranties are great. The techs explain everything when they come out on a call. Great people to work with
