Excellent service and the price is really worth it

I bought banana plugs for my receiver. The Geek squad over place installed the plugs very quickly and they even answered all the questions I had.

The additional 4 year Best Buy warranty that was offered and purchased by myself just gives an additional piece of mind towards my purchase.

Always have good luck with the protection plans. Never really had any issues when needing support

I have not needed to use this service yet so I cannot speak to how Best Buy would handle service claims but I remain hopeful that if something does happen, they will pull through.

I love geek squad warranties! They are very good with the coverage and making sure everything is corrected when something does break or need to be repaired.

I do like getting the Geek Squad protection for some of my more expensive electronics I buy. Got this for my new Sony receiver that I purchased.

It's nice to know that the stereo is protected and the system is working just fine.

For the price, this receiver was excellent. Worked as well as the more expensive stereo it replace and had the power to drive my yard speaker with ease.

I'm only giving this service a 5 star based on a prior purchase. It's a great protection plan to have, but I wish it picked up once the manufactures warranty expired, instead of running parallel with it.

I believe that is always a safe way to have a system for a long time , not that expensive.

Not much to say here, get it if you need it. I bought it for my home theater receiver, since all models seem to have some issues with HDMI going out. It was a small investment for a piece of insurance.

Best Buy has a great warranty program. Everyone thinks they don’t need it until they do. Just buy it and save your worries for something else.
