I am not one to purchase extended warranties but decided to purchase one this time since I was purchasing headphones. I figured if I need to use it it only cost $25 for a four year plan, if I do not need to use the plan it only cost $25 for a four year plan. Win, win situation...

I only buy the protection plan on higher end items that have the chance of failing. Other than that it a waste of money and probably still is on most things.

It's pretty straight forward on how to use it. I think the build quality could be better for the price but that's really the only complaint.

I always put a geek squad protection on the bigger items I buy. Makes me feel safe.

I have loved my Yamaha receiver immensely up until i moved into my new apartment across the hall in my same apartment building. Unfortunately with my move my receiver decided to NOT power on. Therefore, I had to make an appointment with Geek Squad to figure out what is going on. For the price I paid I am glad that I purchased the protection plan bcuz for $600 bucks & a few dollars rounded up this expensive receiver should be able to fly me to the moon if you ask me. So we shall see what transpires here.

One of the main reasons I purchase at Best Buy is the protection plan they offer. Never had any issues. If it can't be fixed 100% credit back to me.

BB will be there quickly to repair any item they have a plan for. A lot cheaper than calling repair appliance.

Should have purchased this support with my laptop!!regardless, reasonable price for the support I can receive on my old and new computers

Let’s hope I don’t need it but if I do I will call Best Buy. Always get the plan on high dollar items

A must have for any electronics and appliance purchase. Cant go wrong with any package from Best Buy.
