Outstanding guys with great attitudes. Unfortunately they dont always have all the answers. But they sure try. I know its frustrating dealing with mad and upset customers all day. But when you have 5,000 wrapped up in your entertainment system alone and also total home protection you would expect the products to work as described. Guess you have to take the good with the bad. Still waiting for my samsung Q60 75" to work properly after the main board and the panel has been replaced. Going on a month now....

Always purchase the week squad protection for any electronics over $100. The service basically pays for itself, if used.

Great receiver. I originally bought to use as normal but ended up installing it in our home theater system.

This was great because I had an sub woofer with is protection package on it. All i had to do was make and appointment and drop it off at geek squad and everything was taken care of. I was great customer service. Just a head up make sure you also make an appointment to pick your product up, I didn't know that and people who had appointments had priority over me so I was stuck in the store waiting for a bit.

These protection plans really save you! If you ever worry something is going to go wrong with your device, get these and sit back and relax knowing that whatever the issue is, Best Buy will take care of you!

I haven’t had a problem, so I really don’t know. Hopefully they will be good. Hopefully they’ll be way better than giving out gift cards on purchases.

Purchased the Sony headphones and they are fantastic. I know they only cost $100.00, but I worked for years selling electronics and it's worth $20 to see they continue to work great for the next 4 years. I have not had to use my extended warranty on everything I've ever purchased but it is so much more convenient and pays for itself when you do use it. I definitely recommend extended warranties.

As a long-time Best Buy customer who has also purchased warranty plans from other retailers, the Geek Squad plans are the most hassle free and convenient. Instead of dealing with 800 or online reps, I simply bring the defective item into a Best Buy and the problem is most on often handled immediately.

I love my Denon. The price for this model was amaizing.

I live by this protection plan!! If you have children, please by the protection plan. The games will break and the manufacturer will not cover it. The games cost too much not to ensure. I’d rather pay a small deductible than the entire price to replace a game or fix a game.

Just traded a Meta 2 i purchased 2 years ago for the new Meta 3. Protect your Purchases from the future, the unforseen and the inevitably of Newer better tech releasing.

I use the geek squad to mount my speakers to set up my TV and even if I don’t have anything I just stop in and asked them a question they always willing to help

Purchased headphones for my hearing challenged elderly Mother & added extended warranty. At the time they were easy to connect through our cable box. 2 years later we no longer have a cable box & even with an adapter (samsung tv’s only have optical style for audio out) I was unable to get them to work. I took them in to be checked to see if they were broken or the adapter wasn’t working properly OR if it was operator error. The Geek squad member I met for my appointment wouldn’t even bother with them. He basically said they were really old (2 years) & he doubted he even had a way to check them. Best he could do was a partial refund. His demeanor was as if I was wasting his extremely valuable time! I felt as if I really had no choice. I took the pitiful refund & asked where the headphones was located to look for a new pair. He directed me to the farthest (completely across the store) opposite corner. I asked were there similar headphones that might work. He looked at me as if that was the last straw for his patience, and replied, “find someone out onnthe floor & ask them.” Wow!
