Was just what I paid for. Expect great things out of it

Used it a few times. Easy as taking broken thing in and walking out with a new one.

The protection package is worth it. My son had a pair of $300 headphones that went bad after 18 months, he brought them in and Geek Squad/Best Buy replaced them for no charge. For certain items I highly recommend Geek Squad protection.

I have been a Best Buy customer since the early 2000s. I have this plan on almost all electronics and appliances I buy. I have had great success working with Best Buy and Geek Squad when things go wrong. Friendly and accommodating.

It’s a great receiver. Produces great sound, giving options of different modes. You can do full surround with Dolby to 2 channel for music. Regular television, 4K Solby atmos to playing vinyl records sound great.

Excellent service with explaining what all comes when my service plan. Even left a donation for the lady behind me.

I love that I can just return it to the store if it’s broken or not working right and I can either just replace it or get my money back

I honestly do not remember purchasing this Geek Squad protection. Glad I have it just in case anything goes wrong with my Devon but so far so good.

Added to my Denon DRA-800H because I have horrible luck. Hopefully never have to use it but it's there if I need it and they have replaced a Plasma by refunding the purchase price years ago.

For the price and quality of this unit is great. Definitely would recommend to anyone who is interested in the home theater.

Always love the geek squad replacement. Haven’t had to use yet but it’s always worth the purchase in the event that I have damage to the item so I can get it resolved without having to purchase something new!

For anything with moving parts or very sensitive electrical connections getting a geek squad guarantee plan is worth the money. It's that simple. Is your CD player breaks you get a new one if you're expensive television brakes you get a new one if someone walks on your headphones you get a new one

I think the Geek squad insurance is a good value considering you can get 4 years of coverage for a fair price.

Always get protection on your items. Anything man made can come with issues.

When you live in US and Oder a product to use here get a warranty so you safe . All Best Buy product are good with warranty
