Best Buy has a great warranty program. Everyone thinks they don’t need it until they do. Just buy it and save your worries for something else.

I'm only giving this service a 5 star based on a prior purchase. It's a great protection plan to have, but I wish it picked up once the manufactures warranty expired, instead of running parallel with it.

The first time I purchased this, support was great. I don't know why it isn't as good as it previously was but I will continue to use it. I think you receive much better support by going into the store than on the phone.
