Best Buy Geek Squad extended warranty was a must purchase for the Sennheiser AMBEO soundbar. Basic warranty from manufacturer was for 2 years, but doubling it to 4 years with Geek Squad makes it a secured and safe purchase.

I have always been a fan of Best Buy Service Plans. Granted it is like every other insurance: you hate paying for it, but you hate not having it when you need it. I have been on both sides of Best Buy Service Plans: I have purchased some and never used it and I have purchased some and used it. The experiences that I have had using them have all been good so I continue to purchase the service plans.

I purchased this for the Sony ears I was given from my last warranty. I have received a notice that this was returned and I did not and do not wish to return it. please put it back on my account for the new device. Thank you.

I have not had to use the geek squad, but I am glad they are here if I need them.

Compared other extended warranties and this proved to be a great competitive value. I have almost always ended up using an extended warranty on all previous brands of washer and dryers I have purchased over the past 30 years.

Works wonders for our four-speaker setup. It replaced an old Pioneer box from the 80s with no issues. Love all the features.

I always get the Geek Squad Protection on pricey and well-known products. I have had several major purchases repaired or replaced at no charge and happy with the smooth transactions.

I hope this will still work when the zombie apocalypse is upon us.

Recommended for use in a 5.1 surround setup for home theater rather than an audio editing setup.

I have used the service three times in two years for computer equipment/software failures. Very good service, no hassles, prompt, and courteous., but not complete this last time. I had to buy a backup thumb drive to facilitate copying of data from a failing disk drive so that it could be replaced. No problem. But, they only copied the OS and not my data - the important reason for the thumb drive. Now, I have lost my data!!! You guys really let me down on this one.

I haven't used this for this product in particular, but it provides peace of mind.

My Sony bluetooth turntable is awesome! The idea of being able to play my music through my bluetooth headphones without disturbing others is ingenious! I love being able to once again listen to some vintage Miles Davis I inherited from my parents and relieve some amazing memories.

The agent not only mounted but also had patience and showed this old lady helpful hints

I would say the protection plans that are worth getting imo are the Replacement plans, as it’s a quick fix and you get a new product instantly. Otherwise it’s a long process to wait and see if it can be fixed or not…

Bought in case of lightning strike since last receiver was damaged during storm, didn't have a Protection Plan. I have used their Protection Plan before for a TV and they replaced TV when it couldn't be repaired.

Glad I bought this protection!! I had to use it recently and the Geek Squad showed up on time fixed my issue In minutes thank guy’s!!

i didn’t end up needing to use it but i like having the protection just in case, always had great service from best buy so i’m sure this is just as good

Always go with the Geek Squad warranty. It's inexpensive comprehensive coverage. If Geek Squad can't fix it no one can

Geek squad has always came in clutch for me and helped me fix/troubleshoot my problems. Definitely recommend...better safe than sorry.
