I purchased the protection plan because I had a receiver prior to the one that I purchased and it would not power up. The factory warranty expired, so I made sure that I covered my new item purchased.

i didn’t end up needing to use it but i like having the protection just in case, always had great service from best buy so i’m sure this is just as good

i love best buy protections plans. they havent given me the run arounds to get my device fixed or replaced. that will keep me a loyal satisfied customer. i always purchase warranty with everything i get. i know when it comes time to fix im covered.
