I always purchase the protection plans that best buy offers. Just in case. And in my case I have kids that are not very careful so it is always a plus to have it.

I got the Geek Squad Protection for a couple of products I've bought at Best Buy (two watches and a camera) and I don't regret it, once I went to a store to get fixed my watch and they helped me.

I have had this product for three year and love the protection it gives. Even though I rarely us it, just knowing I have it makes it worth the price.

Always great service. Better than Burger King but you should offer snacks or candies when customers are waiting in line. Maybe a tasty Latte or coffee !

I think the Geek Squad is an exceptional value. We bought it with a Roku Streaming sound bar. We returned the soundbar and therefore returned the Geek squad.
