Geek squad came and install my TV mount and then the TV and then the Roku and make sure everything was working before they left! Best product you could buy is Geek Squad total tech support!!

The Geek Squad warranty is the greatest thing ever! It has saved me money and hassle more than once. Best Buy and Geek Squad have taken care of me when I had my doubts that even they could cover it. I would never buy anything without the warranty!

This coverage gives me peace of mind for my ear buds. Nothing like knowing they will be replaced if they stop functioning like day one! Get it every time if you can. It sucks that they don’t offer it on Apple products- because it’s waay better than AppleCare imho.

Everything I buy from Best Buy I get a geek squad protection just in case some faulty manufacturer product comes my way. The protection is awesome with a lot of peace of mind.

I got this on sale at Best Buy. I was able to shop around to see if I could find a better price for this item. Best Buy was fair and competitive with there pricing and they were very good with the staffing due to the covic-19 virus going around. Everyone was following the safety guidelines.

The Nvidia shield is the king of steaming boxes. Blows anything else out of the water and I have owned them all.

Good product and pretty durable until the blades start to damage the inside of the blender.

The warranty program through Best Buy is great. We get it on all of our electronics. Manufacturers warranties are very restrictive to mail stuff in or be without it for weeks while they send it back is absurd. When I bought a computer at Costco I was asked to mail my computer tower from Hawaii to Sacramento for repairs. Ther wasn't a local service center.

I love the Geek Squad. If anything goes wrong they are always super nice and dependable.

the plan is easy to purchase. its offered every time you check out. 4 years from now most electronics will be outdated and worthless. This plan might be better for large appliances. items you cant live without. how quickly are things fixed? whats the process like in times of covid?

I was very pleased with the service to repairing my laptop. Looks as if it is brand new. Will be using Geek squad in the future for all my computer repair.

The Geek Squad that mounted my 70 inch tv were very personable and professional. They communicated with me, asked questions and made suggestions. I truly appreciated that. They were also very tidy during and after the install. I highly recommend them.

This plan was very helpful after we bought a new home and I had the Geek Squad out for a reduced installation prices and they always did a thorough job of installations of my Google Nest, Ring Doorbell and Backyard Ring Camera with Solar Panel. You guys are the best!

We had a Roku with earbud feature so that you could watch tv while partner was asleep but sound quality started breaking up so I bought another one and added protection which would cover this problem if it happened again. I was told by sales agent that I would get a new Roku if we had the same problem while under this warranty,
