    Amazing Camera

    I’ve been through many wireless and wired cameras over the years. This is by far the the most simple, reliable and effective camera I’ve had. 2k Video quality is wonderful, detection is on point and it records 24/7. Simple plug in! Monthly subscription is affordable and great.

    Best Warranty Service PERIOD!!!

    Literally, cannot overstate this enough to anyone who will listen. Yes, the manufacturer's warranty is nice and everything. But generally speaking, they cover little to nothing. Also, good luck with the hassle of communicating and shipping the item with any kind of efficiency. By the time you finally get back your "warrantied" item, you've already found a replacement or bought newer tech. Now, if you are anything like me and you want customer service. Go with the Geek Squad Protection Plan. Please take 3 to 5 minutes and hear me out in this review. You walk in with your item. Some stores slap a sticker on the item as you walk in... Some just politely point you in the direction of their customer service section of the store. You wait in line for at the most 10 to 15 minutes as they push through there customers with the utmost care and efficiency. Seriously, I am a customer service stickler and they consistently hit the mark for me or impress in that department time and time again. You then proceed to bring your item to a generally very polite... very knowledgeable... BestBuy representative. They politely ask for some basic information and what went wrong with your item... Ratatattat on the keyboard... Thank you, sir or ma'am go ahead and find a replacement OR and this is the best part. OR they give you the option to choose another brand of your liking. Do you know how many times I've bought an electronic for it to just malfunction after less than 2 months or even worse 7 months and that manufacturer's warranty only covers... You guessed it ... 6 months. I swear, these manufacturers time the longevity of their product to die precisely after the warranty is over. I wouldn't advise buying the protection plan on every single product as there are some products with a decent manufacturers warranty. But, take a second and think about buying this far better protection plan that covers EVERYTHING. Not only does it cover your product, but will replace it immediately when you return it... No questions asked. All in all, to be completely honest, the GeekSquad Protection Plan on top of the outstanding customer service is why I continue to purchase my electronic products through BestBuy and will continue to do so. I applaud both companies and thank any representative that I come across while shopping there. Thanks again and keep up the good work... You've got a lifetime customer in me.

    Geek Squad completion of my Claim Seamless

    This is worth the purchase. I accidently shattered my computer screen. I was able to submit claim for the computer to be fixed or received new computer (of lesser or equal) value (in the case that my computer could not be fixed). Also, the support staff was very helpful and expediated the process for me schedule an appointment with geek squad. It took less than two weeks to replace my computer. There is a service fee. Please note that it is reduced fee if claim is with in so many days of original purchase (I am sure of the specific). Nice experience. This is a "most do". I am glad I purchased this.

    As a former employee. I have seen how much it sucks if something breaks and you do not have coverage. there are certain things I always buy it on. ESPECIALLY anything smart home related. I have used mine several times.

    Geek Squad answers all my questions. I can always depend on them to be honest and efficient. The agents mounted my TVs, programmed them, and took my boxes outside for me. When I need technical help, I know who to call, and I am always pleased with their skill level and efficiency. It's good to have protection that stands behind the fine print

When I encountered an issue with my device, the process of filing a claim and getting it replaced was smooth and hassle-free.     I have used the warranty on a prior TV. I was disappointed they would not issue it until the set was set off. I had to have a replacement TV as soon as possible. Therefore i rnded up buying one that day. Abd getting a staire credit when the TV came back labled not fixable

    Bought this doorbell camera to replace a failed arlo. No complaints works well and great features for the price. Number one benefit is no monthly payments for good features like arlo

    I like using geek squad protection plan on any big purchase I get for my house! I have had to replace a remote for tv and the process was very easy and fast. You can make an appt online and come in to the store and not have to wait in line.

    They measured and mounted my tv in a minimal amount of time without any problems glad I chose to do this.saved space and changed the entire room setting. Looks and feels great.
